- What information do we collect and how do we use it?
We may collect personally identifiable information (for example, your full name, email address, mailing address, telephone number) in the following circumstances:
- You voluntarily submit the information to us when you process the order. We need this information in order to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status, in order to register you as a user of this site or to provide services to you.
- You choose to subscribe to our mailing program, enter the information into the shopping cart, or participate in sweepstakes, contests, and surveys, or in connection with content or suggestions, you post on this site.
We may share your information if required to comply with a law, regulations, court order or legal process, or if we believe it is necessary to share such information with a government entity. We may share information to protect our rights or property or if the rights of any third party are violated.
- Our Ownership of Information
Our copy of all your information is an asset of ours and belongs to us. In the event of a sale, merger, corporate reorganization or similar transaction involving some or all of our business, we may share with or transfer your information to the buyer or successor entity. We may also retain a copy of that information.
We take every precaution to protect our customers’ information. When customers submit information via the website, your information is protected both online and off-line. Any personal information received will only be used to fulfill your order, and may be used for internal analytical purposes. We will not sell or redistribute your information to anyone.
SHIPPING, RETURNING AND EXCHANGING POLICY
All orders are shipped with Ukrainian State Enterprise of Posts “Ukrposhta” assigning a tracking number.
Estimated delivery time comprises:
5-7 business days in Europe
10-14 business days in USA, Canada, Australia
Please note that shipping delays might occur due to customs, weather or holiday season.
If your delivery country charges customs or import duties — these will be charged once the package reaches the destination country. You will have to pay these charges. This also applies to the purchase of gifts or other purchases made on behalf of another recipient.
Unfortunately, we have no control over customs and import charges and we cannot inform you how much they will be before you order. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
Refunds and Exchanges
You have 14 days to decide whether an item is right for your dog. If you are unhappy with your order in any way, please contact us and we will work things out.
Items purchased from Woofit can be returned within 14 business days upon receiving an item — provided items have not been worn outside, damaged, soiled, washed and all labels and tags are attached. We are unable to accept worn, damaged or soiled returns!
Please contact us at email@example.com to inform that you want to return a product.
Please make sure items are completely free of hair and soil of any kind before returning them. A $5.00 cleaning fee will be deducted for each returned item that is slightly soiled or has hair on it.
There are no returns, refunds, or exchanges of items with, and customized and custom color fabric orders
You will have to arrange the return delivery yourself and your own cost. Unfortunately we will not be able to arrange the return on your behalf.

Please fill out the return form that came with your order. Send it along with the items you wish to return.
Please keep receipts and tracking numbers as proof of sending the items back and send a copies to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.

If we accept your return order as valid and the product can be re-sold as new, we will give you a full refund of the purchase price. We do not cover the return shipping cost. The refund will be paid back to the credit card (or method of payment) used to pay for the order within 14 days of receiving the notification of your wish to return the order. However the refund will not be paid before we have received the items at our warehouse.
Exchanges & Return
If you wish to exchange purchased item, please follow the instructions.
Fill in the RETURN FORM (it has been included into your order, if lost, you can download it here)
Fill in the ORDER form with details for the item you would like to receive in exchange for what you are returning (it has been included into your order, if lost, you can download it here).
Inform us of the intent to exchange the item via mail at email@example.com attaching copies of both RETURN and ORDER forms. As such even before the initially purchased item returns to our shop, we will have time to access your revised order and respond on what we have to offer within available stock/size charts.
Package an item and include completed both RETURN and ORDER forms.

Please send us a copy of the tracking number at firstname.lastname@example.org.
At any case, we shall first process the refund of the purchased item and after that – will make a new order for replacement.
Once we receive the returned item, we shall resend a new order. You will be responsible for all shipping costs that will apply.
You may cancel the order (for ready-to-wear and customized items) before it is paid.
Once your order has been paid, the Return and Exchange Policy will apply.
